Welcome to roadtogoldrentals.com (the "Site"), operated by Road to Gold Rentals LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a California limited liability company. By accessing or using this Site or our car rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Site or services.
1. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid U.S. driver's license, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By submitting a booking request, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Services Provided
Road to Gold Rentals LLC provides short-term car rental services in Palmdale, California and the surrounding Antelope Valley area. Our current fleet consists of late-model sedans available for daily or weekly rental. All rental terms, including pricing, deposit requirements, and policies, are described on our Site and in our Rental Agreement Terms.
3. Booking and Reservations
Submitting a booking request through our Site does not constitute a confirmed reservation. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Road to Gold Rentals. Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message and a secure payment link. A reservation is not finalized until the security deposit and first rental period payment have been received.
4. Pricing and Payments
- Daily Rate: $80 per day
- Weekly Rate: $490 per week (7 days)
- Security Deposit: $200, fully refundable within 24–48 hours of vehicle return, subject to inspection
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; however, confirmed reservations will be honored at the rate quoted at the time of confirmation. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a confirmed reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one day's rental rate ($80). No-shows forfeit the full first-day rental payment.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use our Site or services to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from our Site
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of Road to Gold Rentals LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
This Site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Road to Gold Rentals LLC, its owner, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total rental fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Road to Gold Rentals LLC, its owner, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our Site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued use of the Site or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
